At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If your eBike isn't the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your eBike and all original components into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Labels

    Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
